Operating in one of the driest areas of the country and with less rain than many parts of the Middle East, we face a big challenge. Climate change is making that challenge even tougher and to maintain a secure water supply we are investing heavily in new resources and asking you to use water with great care. Working together we can ensure that our area has a sustainable water supply now and in the future.

The Company worked with Stakeholders, including customers, to help formulate its plans for the next 25 years. Strategic Direction Statement – Water for our Future  (PDF 2.12MB) was published in December 2007. The Company has now published its Draft Business Plan  (PDF 504KB) for the period 2010-15. This sets out the services that customers will receive, how they align to the Strategic Direction Statement, and the charges that would be required from customers to provide them.
