Water Quality – Protection of your supply

Water companies have special legal powers under the Water Regulations Act to protect water supplies against contaminations, waste and misuse. We enforce the water fittings regulations, which guard against contamination from backflow, back-siphonage or interconnection of water from other sources. Please contact us if you are planning any plumbing work and would like advice about the Regulations.
