Our Integrated Management System incorporates our Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems. The integrated system covers all areas of our business and is certified to ISO 9001 for quality, OHSAS 18001 for Safety and ISO 14001 for Environment.

Certification to the quality standard was first achieved in 1999 to ISO 9002:1994 and was then transferred to the revised 9001:2000 standard we maintain today. ISO 14001:1996 followed in 2002 (now transferred to14001:2004) for our environmental management and most recently OHSAS 18001 has been achieved for the Safety elements of our system.

Our commitment to maintaining our certification remains strong, safety is our first priority for staff and customers alike. We also place great importance on maintaining and enhancing the environment.

Our commitments the environment are achieved and supports through:

• Promoting the efficient use of energy, water, fuel and other resources throughout the Company's operations
• Promoting waste minimisation, encouraging beneficial re-use or re-cycling and ensuring disposal where necessary in accordance with our duty of care obligations
• Proactive participation in conservation management of Sites of Special Scientific Interest, Special Area of Conservation and Special Protection Area and other sites of archaeological, historic or environmental interest and sensitivity that fall within our control
• Promoting staff awareness in respect of both corporate and group environmental requirements and relevant conservation issues. We encourage participation in environmental initiatives in respect of Company landholdings and in the community
