Providing these tailored services helps us to ensure that all our customers receive our highest level of service, whatever their individual needs. Once you are on our register the following services are available to you :

How do I register?If you wish to take advantage of the scheme, or want more information before joining, please contact our office on 0845 8885888 and ask for a registration form. Alternatively you can download a registration form by using the link below. The information you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence. Only authorised staff will have access to your details, in order to provide you with the Special Assistance service you have requested and to manage your account. |
