This scheme is available to any Customer of non-Domestic Premises if the Customer applies to install a meter and it is not reasonably practical to do so.
The charges comprise:
- An annual standing charge and
- A charge calculated by multiplying the number of employees by the assessed annual consumption shown in the table below by the rate per cubic metre.
